AV Taxi Rides is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and transportation service operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with ride bookings, scheduling updates, and service questions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Support dispatch and operations teams with service coordination
• Provide excellent customer experiences while representing company values
• Update customer information and booking details in company systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary Range

$18 – $28 per hour
