Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with dispatch teams regarding ride updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and call documentation
- Provide professional and courteous customer support
- Handle high call volumes efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Salary Range
$17 – $26 per hour
