Job Overview
AV Taxi Rides is seeking a Call Center Agent to support daily transportation operations by handling inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will assist passengers with ride bookings, provide real-time trip support, and coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding ride bookings, pricing, and service inquiries
- Schedule, modify, and cancel ride reservations
- Provide real-time support to passengers and drivers during trips
- Handle basic dispatch coordination between customers and drivers
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service areas, routes, and company policies
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use scheduling systems
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Salary Range
$16 – $25 per hour (based on experience and performance)
