Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is seeking a Call Center Agent to support daily transportation operations by handling inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will assist passengers with ride bookings, provide real-time trip support, and coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding ride bookings, pricing, and service inquiries
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel ride reservations
  • Provide real-time support to passengers and drivers during trips
  • Handle basic dispatch coordination between customers and drivers
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service areas, routes, and company policies
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use scheduling systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Salary Range

$16 – $25 per hour (based on experience and performance)
