Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support CRM needs, enhance existing functionality, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions through Salesforce change sets or CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain data integrity and security across Salesforce environments.
• Provide support for troubleshooting, enhancements, and user requests.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to leverage new features.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and Flow.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration methods.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model and data model design.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
