Job Brief: Jira Project Coordinator (1.5 Years Experience)
We are seeking a Jira Project Coordinator with 1.5 years of hands-on Jira experience to
support project execution and task lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for managing project workflows in Jira, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and
ensuring seamless communication between team members and the project manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure project boards and workflows in Jira.
- Assign tasks to appropriate team members with clearly defined deadlines.
- Maintain the project backlog, ensuring tasks are properly documented, prioritized, and updated.
- Communicate task progress, updates, and blockers to the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective workflow execution by applying technical knowledge of Jira and agile methodologies.
Experience Required
- 1.5 years of hands-on experience working with Jira on real projects.
- Practical knowledge of backlog management, task assignment, and project tracking in Jira.
