Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Karachi location. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Administer performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee benefits packages.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, both locally and in accordance with US company policies.

Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally, as needed.
