Responsibilities:

· Checking the bookings made by the reservations team and sending out correct documentation to clients Dealing with any changes, cancellations, additions, or amendments to holiday bookings Handling all necessary admin processes related to bookings Dealing with cost adjustments Ensuring all future bookings are confirmed with suppliers & overseas representatives.

· Ensuring ticketing and payment deadlines are met Identifying and minimising errors Ensuring customer satisfaction and customer service excellence and improving processes Assisting with customer complaints both over the phone in writing Travel Operations and Administration Assistant Experience Required Previous customer service/operations and after sales experience working within the travel industry is essential Exceptional Customer Service skills, looking to always exceed expectations Ability to manage own workload High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent communication skills.
