Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our cold email efforts.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing cold email outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email automation tools, lead generation strategies, and CRM platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate high-quality leads and support the overall lead nurturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Email Campaigns:
- Develop and execute high-quality cold email outreach strategies.
- Craft compelling, personalized email templates to maximize response rates.
- Manage email sequences and automation using tools like Instinctively, Apollo.io, and other CRM systems.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research prospects using platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and industry-specific databases.
- Manage and grow the list of potential leads.

Email Deliverability & Domain Management:
- Ensure email deliverability by managing warm-up strategies for domains.
- Monitor sender reputation and take proactive steps to avoid being marked as spam.
- Set up and maintain multiple email accounts for outreach, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on the performance of cold email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, response rates, etc.).
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics.

Lead Nurturing & CRM Management:
- Manage leads and prospects in CRM platforms like Salesforce or GoHighLevel.
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the sales funnel to increase conversion rates.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients by delivering relevant content and updates.

Qualification:

Proven experience in lead generation, especially through cold email outreach.
Hands-on experience with email automation tools (e.g., Instinctively, Apollo.io, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).
Familiarity with email deliverability practices and domain management.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to refine and improve outreach efforts.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with AI-driven lead generation tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Knowledge of lead scoring techniques and segmentation strategies.
Previous experience in a remote role and managing projects independently.
