Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting cruise itineraries and accommodations.

• Provide guidance on excursions, activities, and onboard options.

• Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation.

• Support clients before and during their trips.

• Stay updated on cruise line promotions and training
