Sales Manager Sr. (Fintech, Exchange)

We're looking to hire sales professionals with Spanish & English languages for a customer's LATAM office in Mexico.

The ideal candidates must speak Spanish and English. Needs to be motivated, well-organized individuals who have good understanding of Trading Technologies / Forex & Stock markets, Exchanges, Banking, or Hedge Funds, as well as prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers for further development into the region.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with prospective clients face to face, plus via emails and telephone.
• Presenting MetaTrader trading platforms to prospective clients (remotely/live face to face).
• Develop the market further in the assigned region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Management, or IT related.
• Required languages: Spanish, English, plus Portuguese will be a plus.
• Very good interpersonal skills: sales personality, ability to maintain client interest, ability to make captivating product presentations.
• Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Business/corporate representative personality and appearance.
• Desire and ability to learn new skills and work in a team.
• Knowledge or working experience in financial markets (Brokerage/ Forex or Exchange markets, Hedge Funds) or Fintech.
• 1 + years of experience in trading software sales for corporate clients.

Additional Requirements (to be considered as an advantage)

• Experience in working with MetaTrader 4 or 5 Trading Platforms.
• Knowledge of MetaTrader 4 or 5 Administrator &/or Manager Terminals (back office).
• Experience in Fintech sales, brokers, hedge funds, Exchanges, Banking, or other financial institutions.
