Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead - HR Business Partnering to join our team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR Business Partnering function and providing strategic guidance and support to the business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business heads and provide guidance on all HR-related matters
- Partner with business heads to identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and performance management
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- Aid the performance appraisal process and provide coaching and support to managers to improve employee performance
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training and development needs and design and deliver relevant programs
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a technology or digital solutions company
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in managing and developing a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
