Key Responsibilities
- Guide Project teams to utilize best practices from Organization Quality Management System
- Plays the role of quality partner and facilitate Project teams to arrive on best fit tailored project process
- Project manage the organizational transformational initiatives
- Perform Delivery Rigor Assessments and Internal Audits
- Conduct Training and Awareness sessions for engineering, delivery teams, and shared services teams
- Evaluate existing processes across the organization to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Perform Organizational level metrics analysis
- Process Optimizations with AI leverage
- Management Reporting
Person Specifications
- Bachelors Degree in respective field
- 5 years+ of experience in Delivery or Process Role
- Exposure to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 and CMMI
- Knowledge and exposure on Delivery Life Cycles (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
- Knowledge and exposure on Managed Services / Application Support Life Cycle (ITIL)
- Auditing
- Training and Facilitation
- Negotiation
