Key Responsibilities

  • Guide Project teams to utilize best practices from Organization Quality Management System
  • Plays the role of quality partner and facilitate Project teams to arrive on best fit tailored project process
  • Project manage the organizational transformational initiatives
  • Perform Delivery Rigor Assessments and Internal Audits
  • Conduct Training and Awareness sessions for engineering, delivery teams, and shared services teams
  • Evaluate existing processes across the organization to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Perform Organizational level metrics analysis
  • Process Optimizations with AI leverage
  • Management Reporting

Person Specifications

  • Bachelors Degree in respective field
  • 5 years+ of experience in Delivery or Process Role
  • Exposure to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 and CMMI
  • Knowledge and exposure on Delivery Life Cycles (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Knowledge and exposure on Managed Services / Application Support Life Cycle (ITIL)
  • Auditing
  • Training and Facilitation
  • Negotiation
