Key Responsibilities

  • Lead small-to-medium scale projects (e.g., new system implementation, system migrations, system expansions/upgrade)
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Drive continuous improvement (automation, process optimization, standardization)
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams
  • To act as liaison between entire project team (users and vendors) and ensuring alignment
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, security, and regulatory requirements
  • To participate (if necessary) in Project Governance Working Team meeting
  • To ensure all documentations are complete & comprehensive
  • To establish effective and good working-relationships with vendor
  • To ensure vendors comply to CelcomDigi regulations at all times
  • To monitor, track and manage vendors delivery by ensuring all statement of work is delivered as per contract and agreement, apart from within timeline and quality standards with complete documentation

Person Specifications

  • Respective degrees relating to Business Studies, Engineering or IT
  • Preferred 5 - 10 years working experience as Project Manager or Technical Lead, preferably in the telecommunication environment
  • Strong business acumen and technical/solution understanding
  • Possess an appreciation for technology and familiarity with SDLC is an added advantage
  • Certification in project management is an added advantage
  • Ability to work with all levels of management, including executive level, and cross functional team
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
