Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with planning, tracking, and delivery activities
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items
- Maintain project documentation and update project plans
- Communicate project status and updates to team members and stakeholders
- Support project managers in identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Work with teams to track progress and follow up on tasks and dependencies
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision making
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
- Help identify and track risks, issues, and action items under guidance
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within given timelines
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools
Person Specifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Basic understanding of project management or IT delivery would be an added advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
