Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with planning, tracking, and delivery activities
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items
  • Maintain project documentation and update project plans
  • Communicate project status and updates to team members and stakeholders
  • Support project managers in identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Work with teams to track progress and follow up on tasks and dependencies
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision making
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
  • Help identify and track risks, issues, and action items under guidance
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within given timelines
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools

Person Specifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Basic understanding of project management or IT delivery would be an added advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
