Overview
The Manager – Product Marketing at Axonect is responsible for planning and executing product marketing initiatives that support product awareness, market positioning, customer engagement, sales enablement, lead generation, and product adoption.
This role focuses on developing go-to-market plans, product messaging, technical and sales collateral, case studies, campaign content, thought leadership material, analyst recognition support, partner co-marketing initiatives, and event-related product marketing activities. The incumbent will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing & Inside Sales, Corporate Communications, and Creative teams to ensure that Axonect's product value propositions are clearly communicated to target markets and customer segments.
The role will also support relevant areas of Marketing Strategy & Operations, including product brand narrative, brand consistency, campaign performance tracking, product collateral governance, marketing budget inputs, and strategic product marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute product marketing plans that support Axonect's product growth, adoption, awareness, and revenue objectives
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, platform enhancements, and growth campaigns
- Define product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and key product narratives for target audiences and priority markets
- Work closely with Product/Practice teams to understand product capabilities, technical features, customer use cases, and market relevance
- Translate technical product features into clear, customer-focused messaging that communicates business value
- Support the development of customer segmentation, buyer personas, market requirements, and product communication frameworks
Product Campaign Development and Lead Generation Support
- Plan and execute product marketing campaigns in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, Sales, Creative, Corporate Communications teams and Senior Leadership
- Develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, content requirements, and product narratives for lead generation and demand generation activities
- Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives by developing product-specific content, messaging, account insights, and campaign material for priority accounts
- Work with Digital Marketing & Inside Sales to align product campaigns with lead generation goals, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution
- Support digital campaign execution by providing product messaging, value propositions, landing page content, campaign copy, and sales follow-up content
Technical Product Collateral and Sales Enablement
- Lead the development of technical product collateral, including product brochures, solution briefs, product sheets, FAQs, comparison documents, demo scripts, and feature explainers
- Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, sales presentations, customer objection-handling content, and product use-case decks
- Ensure product collateral is accurate, updated, accessible, and aligned with product strategy, sales requirements, and brand guidelines
- Maintain a centralized product and Marcom collateral database to support consistency, reuse, and version control
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to understand field requirements and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement content
Case Studies, Thought Leadership and Analyst Recognition
- Drive the development of customer case studies, success stories, testimonials, and proof-point content in collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Support product thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, webinars, speaking content, product narratives, and executive inputs
- Coordinate product marketing inputs for analyst recognition initiatives, including submissions, briefings, supporting evidence, product narratives, and proof points
- Support awards, external recognitions, product showcases, and market credibility-building activities where relevant to product marketing
Partner Co-Marketing and Event Marketing
- Support partner co-marketing campaigns and events by developing product messaging, campaign content, partner-facing collateral, and joint value propositions
- Coordinate product marketing support for global events, industry conferences, webinars, partner events, product demos, and customer engagements
- Develop product presentations, demo narratives, event collateral, speaker briefs, and product showcase content for external engagements
- Work with Creative and Corporate Communications teams to ensure event and partner marketing materials are aligned with Axonect's product positioning and brand standards
Marketing Strategy and Operations Support
- Support product and corporate brand architecture initiatives by ensuring product messaging is aligned with Axonect's broader brand strategy and narrative
- Contribute inputs for brand audits, product brand performance reviews, and product-level market perception tracking
- Ensure product marketing collateral follows approved brand identity, trademark, IP usage, and messaging governance standards
- Support marketing performance reporting by tracking product campaign outcomes, collateral usage, lead generation contribution, engagement metrics, and event impact
- Provide budget inputs for product marketing campaigns, collateral production, events, analyst activities, and partner co-marketing initiatives
- Support strategic company initiatives requiring product marketing content, positioning, sales enablement, or campaign execution
Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership
- Manage and guide product marketing associates, executives, and interns to ensure timely and high-quality execution of assigned deliverables
- Collaborate with Product/Practice, Sales, Digital Marketing & Inside Sales, Corporate Communications, Creative, Delivery teams and Senior Leadership
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, designers, content creators, and external partners where required for product marketing execution
- Establish clear work plans, timelines, content calendars, review processes, and quality standards for product marketing deliverables
- Continuously improve product marketing processes, collateral quality, campaign effectiveness, and stakeholder alignment

Go-to-Market Support: Develop and implement go-to-market plans, campaign briefs, product messaging, and launch support materials for new products, product enhancements, and growth initiatives.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Create clear and differentiated product positioning, value propositions, customer-facing narratives, and messaging frameworks aligned with target markets and customer needs.
Sales Enablement and Product Collateral: Develop and maintain high-quality technical product collateral, sales enablement material, case studies, pitch decks, solution briefs, and customer-facing product content.
Lead Generation and Campaign Support: Support demand generation, lead generation, ABM, digital campaigns, and event marketing by providing product-specific content, messaging, and campaign assets.
Thought Leadership and Market Credibility: Support product thought leadership, analyst recognition, partner co-marketing, external speaking opportunities, webinars, awards, and market recognition initiatives.
Marketing Governance and Performance Tracking: Ensure product marketing materials are aligned with brand, IP, and messaging governance standards while tracking the effectiveness of campaigns, collateral, and product marketing initiatives.
Team and Stakeholder Management: Manage day-to-day product marketing deliverables, guide team members, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Person Specifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field
- A Master's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or Product Management would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, technology marketing, product communications, or sales enablement
- Experience in the ICT, telecommunications, SaaS, enterprise software, digital platforms, or technology services industry is highly desirable
- Proven experience developing product messaging, go-to-market plans, marketing collateral, sales enablement content, and campaign material
- Experience working with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Corporate Communications teams
- Experience supporting lead generation campaigns, ABM initiatives, partner marketing, events, analyst submissions, or thought leadership programs would be an added advantage
- Prior experience managing leads, associates, interns, or cross-functional project teams
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles, positioning, messaging, value proposition development, and go-to-market planning
- Knowledge of B2B technology marketing, enterprise customer journeys, buyer personas, and sales cycles
- Understanding of technical product collateral development, including solution briefs, product sheets, pitch decks, case studies, FAQs, and sales presentations
- Knowledge of lead generation, demand generation, ABM, partner co-marketing, and event marketing practices
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media, SEO, SEM, and social media
- Understanding of sales enablement requirements and how marketing content supports customer acquisition and deal progression
- Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, and industry trend monitoring
- Understanding of analyst recognition processes, thought leadership development, awards submissions, webinars, and external product storytelling
- Familiarity with brand governance, product brand consistency, trademark/IP usage, and marketing collateral version control
