Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 6 - 12 months. As an intern, you will support the team in various recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms
  • Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
  • Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems
  • Support the team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Person Specifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive and eager to learn
