We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Global IT Infrastructure Support to join our Global IT Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and security. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in administering cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Data Center Management, IT Operations Management, Hybrid Network Infrastructure with enterprise IT systems, and networking solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud & Infrastructure Management (Hybrid Infrastructure with Multi Cloud Environments)
  • High level Administration of On-premises and Cloud server workloads
  • Entire administration and management of Microsoft Azure, AWS environments.
  • L3-level support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS services, Firewalls & Data Center Operations
  • Administration of Windows Server & Linux environments in Hyper-V, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Active Directory & Microsoft Entra administration, including hybrid identity management and security enforcement.
  • Azure Arc administration for hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure management.
  • Managing data center operations, including blade servers, chassis, storage arrays, and high-availability clustered environments.
  • L3 Administration of Firewalls, Switches, Access points and LAN, WAN & Wireless Infrastructures Globally
  • End User Support for Global Team

Networking & Security

  • High-level administration of LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, SASE, Wi-Fi, IPsec, Switching, and Routing.
  • Firewall administration, including Fortinet 100F, 200F, SonicWall, and cloud-based firewalls with high availability (HA).
  • Administration of Cisco Meraki switches, access points, and cloud controllers.
  • DNS & Domains management with Cloudflare, AWS, Azure, and enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301 BCMS frameworks, and NIST security principles.

Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Security

  • Expertise in L3, administration of Microsoft 365 services, including, Entra ID Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Server Defender for Identity, (XDR), Intune (MEM, MDM), Purview, Power Apps & , All M365 Suites Administration with Security Admin Center management
  • High Level Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, application management / Packaging, Bundling, and endpoint security policies, Security Baselines, ASR, Endpoint Patch Management, Conditional Access, Windows Hot patch, Update Rings Management, Device Compliance, Scripting, End-user Management related to All Intune Workloads with (Windows, Mac, and Linux)
  • Azure Enterprise Application integration / Management and SSO across multi-cloud platforms.
  • Management of DR solutions, including Azure Backup Server.
  • Azure Update Manager Administration
  • Administration of Azure networking, VNets, NSGs, Resource groups, VPN GWs, DCR, Logs, Dashboards, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics workspaces, defender for Cloud and Etc.
  • Administration of GDAP Permissions Management, Subscription Delegation
  • Azure storage accounts administration
  • Administration of Entra Connect Sync / Cloud Sync, Upgrades (Azure AD connector)
  • Certificate Management
  • Alerting, Flows, Rules Automated reports, Azure PowerShell

Required Operational & Technical Skills

  • Provide, support, and manage high-level administration for operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, and Linux. High level skills with Windows Autopilot
  • Hands on administration / Integration Skills with MFA, SSO, SAML, OAuth with Multi Cloud Platforms as well as High level knowledge in Entra permissions Management, Roles / Role Base access Control, Administrative Units, Admin Consent Scenarios, Graph API
  • Strong Administration and Up to data Knowledge with Microsoft Platform upcoming changes, Service Notifications and Upgrades
  • Active Directory, ADDS, Replication, DNS, ADFS, File Server, Hyper V, Failover Clustering
  • Full administration of Windows Server environments and Linux platforms.
  • Advanced support and administration of Microsoft Azure services, Azure Arc, and SIEM solutions like Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Patch management and vulnerability management, ensuring system security and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM technologies for security monitoring and threat detection.
  • Hands-on experience with Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, Physical Servers, Idrac Etc.
  • Expertise in Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) for secure access control.
  • Hands on experience in DLP, Lebling, Defender rules / policies Anti Spam, Indicators, web filtering, Security & Authentication methods SSPR, Windows Business for Hello
  • High-level knowledge of Azure and AWS subscription management, including cost optimization, billing, and financial administration.
  • High level administration One drive, SharePoint Permissions and Exchange Online
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Volume Licensing and Microsoft 365 Enterprise licensing models (E1, E3, F3, E5), including CSP and EA channel administration
  • Ability to Maintain High level Documentation with Polices, Procedures and Guidelines

  • High-level Hands-on Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow & Incident and Change Management

Qualifications & Skills

Working Experience

  • 5 Years + Experience in IT infrastructure management and Networking with cloud Security

Education & Certifications

  • Higher Diploma (Must) or bachelors degree in computer science \ Network Engineering, or equivalent

Mandatory Certifications

  • AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)
  • AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate)
  • MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)

Preferred Certifications (Additional Advantage)

  • AZ-800 & AZ-801 (Windows Server Hybrid Administrator)
  • MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
  • CCNA or equivalent networking certification
