Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust business planning process and with cross functional linkages to all business units within the group to ensure proactive decision-making process.
  • Responsible for leading the Rolling forecast process with cross functional linkages whilst ensuring the accuracy of the forecast and supporting management decision making.
  • Ensure timely submission of the results to senior leadership team and board of directors.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong business analytics, modelling and planning capability within the function based on a multi-tier resource pool and pipeline to support future developments within the organization.
  • Identifying key concerns / performance gaps on a proactive and timely manner and providing useful insight to management
  • Obtaining of Board approvals Bi-Annually for capex budgets and managing spend approval processes under company's capex management framework. These include Quarterly Capex review and advisory support on investment evaluation.
  • Ensure due diligence on all investments (return analysis and business justification) are followed within the guidelines.
  • Support pricing and customer profitability analysis across geographical locations and proactively support revenue growth and profitability improvement strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 8-10 years hands on work experience in the relevant field
  • Possess a Degree in Finance/ Business/Engineering (or Equivalent) CIMA or ACCA, along with an MBA from a reputed university.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills together with proven leadership traits.
  • Experience with financial reporting and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
