Senior BA Lead

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a product backlog reflecting value and prioritizing work for a product engineering team
• Work with business and product engineering leadership to prioritize enhancements and releases
• Distil annual roadmaps into requirements and then prioritized sprints with the help of engineering
• Decide what your product engineering teams work on
• Communicate and evangelize product strategy to peers in engineering and UX
• Work with partners in business, engineering, marketing and analytics to define, build and launch products/platform features
• Provide quality assurance (QA) review of non-code developers deliverables (i.e., design documents, test plans, test reports), and track acceptance using customer provided automation tools
• Manages an enhancement request process to identify work of high business value
• Conveys the goals and product requirements for enhancements and new development, and with Business Analysts assists with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements
• Represents the business to the team
