Job Description

Strategic Talent Development

  • Design and deliver a global Talent Management strategy aligned with corporate objectives and future workforce needs.
  • Develop frameworks for leadership growth and succession planning, aligned with our group-wide talent architecture and future capability needs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted, high-impact development strategies that elevate team and organizational performance.

Global Program Execution & Enablement

  • Lead the deployment of scalable programsfrom onboarding and technical training to leadership development, soft skills, and reskillingensuring relevance and accessibility across diverse geographies and cultures.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality content through blended modalities, leveraging internal expertise, digital platforms, and group-wide initiatives.
  • Manage talent platforms and use analytics to enhance employee experience, measure effectiveness through defined KPIs, and continuously improve program outcomes and ROI.

Culture, Engagement & Impact

  • Design and implement engagement strategies , programs that reflect our values, promote cross-cultural collaboration, and strengthen employee voice and belonging.
  • Establish KPIs and feedback loops to monitor adoption, engagement, and business impact ensuring talent initiatives translate into measurable results

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a Talent Development role, preferably within the IT software services industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning approaches.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Talent Development programs across multiple countries or regions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into impactful learning & engagement interventions.
