As a Senior Executive - Resource Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading the resource management function, driving workforce strategies, mentoring junior resource managers, and partnering with leadership to align resource allocation with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Resource Planning: Lead the planning and forecasting of resource demand across multiple business units to align with company goals and client commitments.
  • Workforce Optimization: Monitor and drive optimal resource utilization, balancing profitability, efficiency, and employee development.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor executive/junior resource managers, fostering capability growth and professional development within the RM team.
  • Skill Gap Management: Anticipate future workforce requirements, identify critical skill gaps, and collaborate with HR/L&D to drive upskilling initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders, delivery managers, and project heads on strategic resourcing decisions.
  • Governance & Reporting: Oversee the use of RM tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decisions.
  • Change & Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen RM practices, policies, and automation.

Collaboration and Support

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with senior leadership across Delivery, HR, Finance, and Operations to align workforce strategies with business outcomes.
  • Executive Communication: Present insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Strategic Meetings: Represent the RM function in leadership forums, steering committees, and strategic workforce planning discussions.
  • Technology & Tools: Lead the adoption of advanced RM tools and data-driven models to enhance forecasting and efficiency.

Education and Experience

  • Degree Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. A Masters degree is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Senior Executive 3+ to Lead 7+ years of progressive experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or related domains, with at least 2+ years in a senior, lead or managerial role.
