Job & context

The Assistant Support, RRO will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief of the Representative Office (RO). This role involves:

  • Coordination with external legal counsel, handling various statutory compliance requirements and supporting financial, tax, and office management function
  • Smooth office operations and supports coordination between internal teams, headquarters and external stakeholders in line with local practices and organizational policies

Need To- Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief of the RO, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external legal counsel on matters related to taxation, BKPM, and employment reporting.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance reports, including but not limited to:
  • Activity reports via the OSS system
  • Annual employment and foreign employment reports to the Ministry of Manpower
  • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping activities for the RO
  • Prepare and submit monthly tax reports for the RO (including WHT) and the associated monthly financial statements
  • Manage annual tax reporting for the RO, including preparation of annual financial statements
  • Handle the Chief of ROs personal annual tax reporting, where applicable
  • Provide payroll support, including salary processing and office lease payments
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring functionality of office equipment, supplies, and facilities
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Chief of the RO

Need to know and Need to be

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or compliance roles.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (e.g. OSS system, BKPM, and Manpower Ministry reporting).
  • Experience in tax reporting and basic financial statement preparation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Experience working in a multinational or representative office environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor and tax regulations.
  • Ability to work independently.
