Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Follow best QE guideline define by the QE department
• Work with engineers to understand business requirement document
• Escalate clarification when there is unambiguity in the requirement
• Functional test case writing
• Functional test case execution
• Log defect / verify defect
• Participate in System Integration Testing
• Support UAT document preparation and UAT demo
• Follow Agile process
• On-time delivery
• Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 1+ year(s) experience
• Good understanding on basic QA practice
• Knowledge in testing concept and model
• Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
• Hands on experience in test automation (Selenium)
• Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
