Key Responsibilities

Checklist Review & Validation

  • Perform initial validation of submitted engineering blogs against defined checklists
  • Ensure all required sections are included and the overall structure is complete
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies and coordinate with authors to address them in a timely manner

Blog Formatting & Editing

  • Review and edit content for:
    • Grammar and language accuracy
    • Sentence structure and clarity
    • Basic rewording where necessary
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, headings, and overall readability of articles

Image Inclusion & Formatting

  • Assist in incorporating relevant images such as diagrams and screenshots
  • Ensure proper placement, alignment, and formatting of visuals
  • Add appropriate captions and maintain visual consistency throughout the content

Publication Coordination (Medium Platform)

  • Support the publishing process by uploading and formatting blogs on Medium
  • Coordinate with authors and approvers to ensure smooth and timely publication

Blog Tracking, Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets or dashboards) to monitor:
    • Submission status
    • Review progress
    • Publication timelines
  • Assist in generating reports on blog performance, timelines, and basic metrics
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting data

Person Specifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Strong command of written English (grammar, clarity, and structure)
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts (preferably in IT/software)
  • High attention to detail
  • Content editing and formatting skills
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
