About the job Intern - Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 6 - 12 months. As an intern, you will support the team in various recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms
- Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
- Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems
- Support the team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive and eager to learn
