About the job Lead - Culture & Talent Management
Job Responsibilities
- Culture & Strategy Execution: Support and implement culture initiatives aligned with business goals, promote company values, and reinforce desired behaviors across teams.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate engagement activities throughout the employee lifecycle, analyze feedback (surveys, pulse checks), and recommend improvements to boost experience and retention.
- Programs & Initiatives: Manage recognition, wellbeing, inclusion, and culture-driven events to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Employer Branding & Communication: Assist in employer branding efforts and internal communications to enhance the organization's value proposition and employee connection.
- Change Management: Support culture initiatives during organizational changes and help teams adopt new ways of working through effective communication and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leaders, HR partners, and teams to drive engagement efforts and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Learning & Development: Help coordinate training, workshops, and leadership development programs, while supporting capability building and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, culture, or organizational development roles
- Experience in supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives within a corporate environment
- Good understanding of employee experience, organizational culture, and change management practices
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in facilitating engagement programs, employee activities, or learning initiatives will be an added advantage
