Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support operational processes across multiple functions and overseas offices
  • Help implement SOPs, operational policies, and company-wide initiatives
  • Assist with annual budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial variance analysis
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Support compliance efforts related to ISO 27001, ISO 27701 & ISO 22301
  • Maintain risk registers and assist in risk mitigation and business continuity activities
  • Serve as the operational focal point for ERP workflow support (SIR, Non-PO, GRN)
  • Facilitate collaboration with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Practice Heads, and Country Teams to ensure smooth execution of operational priorities

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operations or corporate support functions
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, ISO standards, and risk management (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala is an added advantage)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A strong collaborator and relationship-builder
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
