Overview

The Senior Manager – Product Marketing and Brand at Axonect is responsible for leading the Product Marketing and Creative functions to drive product awareness, adoption, market positioning, sales enablement, and brand consistency across all customer and market-facing touchpoints. 

This role is accountable for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product marketing campaigns, technical and sales collateral, case studies, thought leadership content, analyst recognition initiatives, partner co-marketing programs, and global event marketing. The role will also lead the creative function, ensuring the development of high-quality visual, digital, video, web, campaign, and brand assets that support Axonect's business growth objectives.

In addition, the role will contribute to relevant areas of Marketing Strategy and Operations, including brand architecture, marketing performance tracking, budget planning support, governance of brand and IP usage, and strategic company initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with Practice Teams, Sales, Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, Corporate Communications teams and Senior Leadership to ensure product narratives, creative execution, and market engagement are aligned with Axonect's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Execution 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Axonect platforms, solutions, and other growth initiatives
  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, feature releases, platform enhancements, and strategic campaigns
  • Define product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing narratives for target segments and priority markets
  • Work closely with Practice teams to translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging
  • Drive product marketing campaigns that support product adoption, market penetration, revenue growth, and brand awareness
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, sales priorities, customer needs, and marketing execution

Product Collateral, Sales Enablement and Content Development 

  • Lead the development of technical product collateral, including solution briefs, product brochures, pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, FAQs, and product presentations
  • Develop sales enablement collateral that equips Sales and Business Development teams to communicate Axonect's product value effectively
  • Lead the creation of customer case studies, success stories, testimonials, and proof-point content to support credibility and conversion
  • Build and maintain a centralized product and marketing communications collateral database to ensure consistency, accessibility, and version control
  • Support demand generation and lead generation initiatives by providing relevant product messaging, creative assets, campaign content, and conversion-focused materials
  • Develop product thought leadership content, including whitepapers, blogs, articles, webinars, speaking content, and executive/product narratives

Product Brand, Events, Analyst and Partner Marketing 

  • Drive product and corporate brand awareness initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing
  • Support analyst recognition initiatives by developing submissions, briefings, proof points, narratives, and supporting collateral
  • Lead marketing support for global events, industry conferences, webinars, partner events, and speaking opportunities
  • Develop partner co-marketing campaigns and event materials in collaboration with strategic partners and internal business teams
  • Support external thought leadership activities, including webinars, industry speaking slots, publications, product demos, award submissions, and catalyst initiatives

Marketing Strategy, Governance and Operations Support 

  • Contribute to corporate and product brand architecture, brand strategy, and overarching marketing narratives where relevant to product and creative execution
  • Conduct brand audits, performance tracking, brand equity monitoring, and sentiment monitoring initiatives
  • Ensure brand identity, trademark, and IP usage governance across product marketing, creative assets, sales collateral, and external communications
  • Drive marketing budget planning, A&P and Opex management for product marketing and creative initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic company initiatives by developing communication plans, creative assets, positioning, and campaign support
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, collateral, creative output, and brand initiatives

Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Product Marketing and Creative teams to build a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable function
  • Set clear priorities, workflows, standards, and review mechanisms for product marketing and creative delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Digital Marketing & Inside Sales, Corporate Communications, Strategy teams and senior leadership to ensure integrated execution
  • Manage agencies, vendors, freelancers, and external creative partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Foster a culture of creativity, strategic thinking, customer centricity, quality, and continuous improvement within the team

Key Accountabilities

Product Marketing Strategy Execution: Successfully develop and implement product marketing strategies that strengthen Axonect's product positioning, support adoption, enable market penetration, and contribute to revenue growth. 

Go-to-Market Planning: Lead go-to-market plans for product launches, feature releases, growth campaigns, and strategic market initiatives, ensuring strong alignment across Product, Sales, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications teams, and senior leadership. 

Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated, and customer-focused product messaging, value propositions, narratives, and sales enablement content that translate complex technical capabilities into business value. 

Sales Enablement and Collateral Development: Ensure Sales and Business Development teams are equipped with high-quality product collateral, pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, product videos, and campaign materials.

Creative Leadership and Brand Consistency: Lead the creative function to deliver consistent, high-quality visual, digital, web, video, motion, and campaign assets aligned with Axonect's brand guidelines and product narratives. 

Product and Corporate Brand Awareness: Drive initiatives that improve product visibility, brand recognition, thought leadership, analyst recognition, partner engagement, and market credibility. 

Marketing Governance and Operations Support: Support brand architecture, budget planning, campaign performance tracking, brand audits, IP usage governance, and strategic marketing operations relevant to product marketing and creative execution. 

Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a high-performing Product Marketing and Creative team, ensuring capability development, accountability, collaboration, and timely execution of business priorities.

Person Specifications

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, Digital Marketing, Technology Management, or a related field
  • A Master's degree or MBA would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, creative strategy, or integrated marketing, preferably in the technology, telecommunications, SaaS, digital platforms, or ICT industry
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or people management role
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and brand/creative initiatives
  • Experience managing creative teams, agencies, vendors, designers, content creators, and multimedia production resources
  • Experience working with Sales, Product Management, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, and senior leadership teams
  • Experience in B2B technology marketing, platform marketing, enterprise solutions, or telco/digital services is highly desirable

Knowledge 

  • Strong understanding of product marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value proposition development
  • Knowledge of go-to-market planning for product launches, growth campaigns, adoption campaigns, and market expansion initiatives
  • Understanding of B2B customer journeys, buyer personas, enterprise sales cycles, and sales enablement requirements
  • Knowledge of technical product collateral development, including pitch decks, product sheets, solution briefs, case studies, battle cards, and demo narratives
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, visual identity systems, brand guidelines, campaign design, and multimedia content development
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, landing pages, paid advertising, email campaigns, SEO, and SEM
  • Knowledge of video production, motion design, storyboarding, web creative development, and campaign conceptualization
  • Understanding of analyst relations support, thought leadership development, partner co-marketing, and event marketing
  • Knowledge of brand architecture, brand equity tracking, brand audits, sentiment monitoring, and brand governance
  • Understanding of budget planning, agency/vendor management, and marketing performance reporting
