1. Provide the technical design and architectural leadership to one or more teams and projects, to
ensure applications are integrated and adhere to stated architectural and design principles
and standards.
2. Evaluate business requirements in the early stages of projects to determine what software,
integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns should be employed to meet
business objectives efficiently.
3. Provide the technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and
diagramming solution architectures.
4. Communicate best practices by giving presentations, working with project teams, and
authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and otherwise
defined best practices.
5. Design solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value and
capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security.
6. Drive the selection of services, technologies, development of standards, and reference
architectures.
7. Develop project estimates to design, build, deliver, and run business solutions.
8. Lead efforts for technology research, evaluations, and proof of concepts (POC).
9. Participate in RFP responses and client contract development.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
At least 3 years of experience as an Architect or Solutions lead on ServiceNow Implementations
projects
At least 5-7 years experience in developing on ServiceNow platform including the customization
of the core applications such as Portal, Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog,
Knowledge Management
Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
Ability to keep a product vision at the forefront of the conversation and articulate design
decisions impacts to maintenance and longevity
