Job Description: Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) at PlasyBryn Nursing Home

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our team at PlasyBryn Nursing Home. This position will provide direct care to individuals with mental health issues, as well as provide leadership and support to other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of patientsâ mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, psychological interventions, and crisis management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
