RGN NURSE

Registered General Nurse (RGN) at Bridge House Care Home

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The RGN will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care to meet individual patient needs. Additionally, the RGN will ensure that all nursing interventions are evidence based and in line with current best practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
• Provide advice, support and education to patients, their families/carers
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health needs
• Promote best practices as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals within multi-disciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Registered General Nurse qualification (RGN)
  
• Current NMC registration
  
• Excellent knowledge of relevant clinical procedures
• Good understanding of patient care plans 
  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
