About the job Staff Trainer

Job Description:

  • To support the Head of Learning and Development and the training team in the planning, development and provision of training for staff and external clients.
  • To facilitate and provide training to staff and external clients in statutory/essential training. Subjects may include but are not limited to: Basic Life Support, Conflict Resolution, Moving and Handling, Recognizing the Deteriorating Patient & Sepsis and Clinical Observations.
  • Evaluate the courses delivered and inform the Head of Learning and Development and training team of any areas for review and development.
  • Promote the importance of good clinical practice across the organization.
  • The training delivered will meet organizational policy & national policy directives, for example, NICE guidelines, Resuscitation Council guidelines.
