NON NURSING DEPUTY MANAGER

NON NURSING DEPUTY MANAGER - Maycroft Residential Care:

We are seeking an experienced Non Nursing Deputy Manager to join the team at Maycroft Residential Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Manager and helping to ensure that the home meets all regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable environment for residents.
• Ensure all care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
• Provide support to staff in carrying out their duties.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care plans, medication administration records, incident reports etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
