DEPUTY MANAGER

Deputy Manager - Rowans Care Centre

We are looking for an experienced and organized Deputy Manager to join our team at Rowans Care Centre. The Deputy Manager will provide leadership and support to our staff in order to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day management and oversight of the nursing home operations
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and codes of practice
• Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained
• Developing strategies to improve operational performance and efficiency
• Monitoring budgets and controlling costs where appropriate
• Leading by example with a positive attitude towards residents, visitors, staff members, families, vendors/contractors etc.
