Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) at The Priory Hospital Altrincham

We are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the team at The Priory Hospital Altrincham. The successful candidate will provide professional mental health nursing care for patients in a secure and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care plans.
• Provide high quality nursing care to patients with mental health issues.
• Administer medication and monitor its effects on the patient's condition.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care plans and progress notes.
• Carry out risk assessments to identify potential risks or problems associated with each patient's condition.

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience working in a mental health setting is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
