RNLD

We are seeking a skilled RNLD to provide specialist care to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Support patients’ physical and mental health needs.
• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Registered with the NMC as RNLD.
• Experience in learning disabilities care.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
