ROLE SNAPSHOT

The Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Professional Services organization in areas such as resource scheduling, billing/invoicing, and liaising with internal resources and external customers.

KEY DUTIES

Schedule and coordinate resources for engagements across the Services team.

Manage the month-end and quarter-end billing and invoicing process for the Services organization.

Follow-up with customers to consume pre-paid Services offerings.

Ensure processes are adhered to including follow-up on necessary forms, terms, agreements, etc. including work orders and statement of work documents.

Assist with managing Services forecasts and determining projects are on track and accurately being reported on. May follow-up with internal resources and external customers as needed.

Serve as the primary contact within the Services department to address or direct questions to the appropriate team members.

Identify, develop, and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency across the Services organization.

Support Services leadership in process improvements and standardization of best-in-class Services practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in professional services, project management coordination, and/or operations

Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage various deadlines

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
