Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (English/Spanish) to join our U.S.-based team on-site. This role will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational HR support to our operational centers and business units across the United States. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations while driving initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, and management in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws at both federal and state levels, with a focus on California, Florida, and Texas.

  • Manage labor relations, working directly with attorneys and external advisors on matters such as work permits, immigration, and legal processes related to foreign employees.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and salary structures to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.

  • Oversee personnel administration processes: hiring, documentation, employee records management, internal audits, and labor incident follow-up.

  • Lead talent attraction and retention strategies tailored to the needs of different business units.

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies, workplace climate initiatives, and organizational development programs.

  • Provide support to leaders and managers across operational centers to ensure proper implementation of HR policies and internal processes.

  • Conduct regular visits to operational centers to strengthen HRs on-site presence.

  • Support the management and updating of professional networks and talent pools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years in HR Generalist roles, with a comprehensive focus on personnel administration, labor relations, compensation, and talent development.

  • Languages: Spanish / English

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor laws (federal and state).

  • Experience working with legal counsel on labor compliance and immigration processes.

  • Multi-jurisdictional compensation and benefits management.

  • Experience in personnel administration and internal audits.

Soft Skills:

  • Collaborative leadership.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
