About the Role
Were a fast-growing, borderless fintech building the future of financial connectivity across Latin America and the United States. We enable companies to access real-time financial data and verification services through a single API connected to hundreds of financial institutions across the region.
Following the successful launch of our Bank Account Verification product in the U.S., were now entering a new phase of market expansion — and were looking for a high-impact Senior Sales Leader to accelerate our presence with banks, lenders, and fintech innovators.
Preferred locations: California (any major hub), San Francisco, Miami, or NYC.
Were open to remote across the U.S., but strong preference will be given to candidates based in these ecosystems.
What Youll Do

Own the US market expansion, driving end-to-end sales cycles with enterprise financial institutions and high-growth fintechs.

Generate and qualify new business, leveraging outbound prospecting, industry events, market research, and existing networks.

Build strategic, trust-based relationships with executives by understanding their financial-data needs and shaping tailored solutions.

Deliver high-impact product demos and ROI-driven value propositions, positioning our API infrastructure as mission-critical.

Negotiate and close key commercial agreements, consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

Collaborate with Marketing to shape GTM campaigns and accelerate demand generation across the U.S.

Stay ahead of open banking, financial-data regulations, and market trends, helping refine our competitive strategy.

Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and provide accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
What You Bring

5–10+ years of proven enterprise sales experience in fintech, financial data, digital payments, SaaS for FI, or related U.S. financial services.

Deep understanding of open banking, data aggregation, APIs, and the broader financial-infrastructure landscape.

Exceptional communication and executive-level relationship management skills.

Strong track record of closing complex B2B deals with banks or fintechs.

Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building early-stage commercial traction.

Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting platforms.

Willingness to travel across the U.S. as needed.

Spanish is a plus, not required.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
