Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Practice best Quality Engineering guideline define by the Quality Engineering department
• Work with engineers to understand business requirement
• Work with Associate Quality Assurance Lead to understand the technical specification
• Participate requirement review session and log clarification for unambiguity requirement
• Functional test case writing, execution & Defect management
• Automation, scripting, and trouble shooting
• Support Ass. Lead to prepare test plans
• Identify non functional & support for NFR strategy
• Drive system integration testing
• UAT document preparation and UAT demo
• Follow Agile process
• On-time delivery
• Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification
• 3 year(s) experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing
• Good understanding on basic QA practice
• Knowledge in testing concept and model
• Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
• Hands on experience in test automation (Katalon, Selenium, or Appium) are big plus
• Basic knowledge of OOP concept
• Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices

Contract Duration: 6 months
