Overview
At ADL, Resource Management is a strategic function that drives operational excellence and business growth by ensuring optimal deployment of our talent pool. As a Senior Executive Resource Person, you will play a pivotal role in leading the resource management function, driving workforce strategies, mentoring junior team members, and partnering with leadership to align resource allocation with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Resource Planning: Lead the planning and forecasting of resource demand across multiple business units to align with company goals and client commitments
- Workforce Optimization: Monitor and drive optimal resource utilization, balancing profitability, efficiency, and employee development
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor executive/junior resource managers, fostering capability growth and professional development within the RM team
- Skill Gap Management: Anticipate future workforce requirements, identify critical skill gaps, and collaborate with HR/L&D to drive upskilling initiatives
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders, delivery managers, and project heads on strategic resourcing decisions
- Governance & Reporting: Oversee the use of RM tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decisions
- Change & Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen RM practices, policies, and automation
Collaboration and Support
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with senior leadership across Delivery, HR, Finance, and Operations to align workforce strategies with business outcomes
- Executive Communication: Present insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
- Strategic Meetings: Represent the RM function in leadership forums, steering committees, and strategic workforce planning discussions
- Technology & Tools: Lead the adoption of advanced RM tools and data driven models to enhance forecasting and efficiency
Person Specifications
Education and Experience
- Degree Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience: Senior Executive 3+ years of progressive experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or related domains, with at least 2+ years in a senior role
