Business Analyst - RA

Key Responsibilities

• To lead complex analysis initiatives
• Ensure high-quality requirements for strategic and high-impact programs/transformation
• Mentor Business Analysts to ensure consistency, traceability, and value realization across projects

Person Specifications

• Minimum experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role 3 years
• Follow business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements
• Ensure project and transformation requirements completeness, consistency, and traceability across end-to-end processes
• Having knowledge and experience on SAP System is mandatory
• Collaborate closely with IT architecture, IT delivery, business stakeholders, application owners to ensure solution alignment
• Support value realization tracking and readiness for go-live
