Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled AI & IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for managing the organization's AI tools, platforms, licenses, subscriptions, and AI-related technology initiatives while also supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, network operations, and software license management. 

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms administrations and governance, strong IT infrastructure knowledge, and a passion for driving technology innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Platforms & Tools Management

  • Administer and manage enterprise AI platforms, subscriptions, and licenses
  • Evaluate, onboard, and support AI tools and services used across the organization
  • Monitor AI tool usage, adoption, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Work with business and technical teams to identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies
  • Provide technical guidance, user support, and training on approved AI tools
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Support AI governance, security, and compliance initiatives
  • Perform reporting and dashboarding (including management report/dashboards)
  • Perform license audits and ensure company/industry compliance.

IT Asset & License Management

  • Manage software licensing lifecycle, including procurement, renewal, compliance, and optimization
  • Maintain accurate records of software subscriptions, contracts, and entitlements
  • Conduct periodic software license audits and ensure compliance with vendor requirements
  • Optimize software utilization and recommend cost-saving opportunities

Infrastructure & Network Operations

  • Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud platforms, networks, and security solutions
  • Assist with network administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Support system upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects
  • Participate in incident response and problem management activitied
  • Assist with IT operations and business continuity initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Contribute to IT strategy, innovation initiatives, and technology roadmaps
  • Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures

Person Specifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a IT related field
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network administration, or related IT operations roles
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Clause AI, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI solutions
  • Experience managing software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor relationships
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud technologies
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and IT governance.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with automation tools, scripting, or AI integration projects
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, AWS, ITIL, or AI-related certifications would be advantageous
