Summary:

The Business Development Specialist is a sales role responsible for building and generating new sales pipeline through outreach activities such as outbound calls, emails, social media and other prospecting outlets

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Proactively identify decision makers in strategic accounts through creative research
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, email and social strategies
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the Growth Team
  • Drive consistent activities to ensure a strong pipeline of potential deals week over week
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all activities and conversations in our Hubspot CRM system

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in any field
  • Min 2 years of experience in the B2B Sales industry, capable in cold outreach prospecting
  • techniques such as calls, emails and social media messages
  • A confident and fluid communication style, able to naturally engage, influence, and persuade.
