Key Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirement analysis processes.
• Experience in preparing BRDs, SRS, and use case documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital banking, payment systems, or fintech products is a plus.
