About the job Senior HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and confidential.
HR Administration: Provide support with HR-related tasks such as preparing contracts, handling attendance, and managing employee leave requests.
Employee Relations: Assist with addressing employee concerns and helping to resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with all labour
Training & Development: Help coordinate training programs and assist with employee development initiatives.
Labour Permits: Handle all labour permits for employees across multiple branches, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Organizational Support: Assist management with structuring SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), drafting job descriptions, and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
