Technology Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the unit in coordination with senior management and consultants.

• Define and enhance the units operating model, services, and products across Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Business Support.

• Supervise the implementation and optimization of key technical systems and projects.

• Leverage big data and advanced analytics (forecasting, predictive insights) to support executive decision-making.

• Utilize digital transformation tools (automation, system integration, e-commerce) to streamline operations and reduce costs.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Business Support), ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.

• Oversee daily communication with clients and service providers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical and data solutions.

• Build strategic partnerships with business intelligence and technology solution providers.

• Stay current with emerging technologies in data analytics, machine learning, and digital transformation, and conduct market research to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience 

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Expertise in data analytics, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
