A leading IT company is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, leading requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design across complex digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

1- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis within technology or consulting environments.
2- Strong experience in requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows).
3- Solid expertise in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methodologies and process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC).
4- Experience with process modelling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, ARIS, or Signavio.
5- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
6- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business discussions.
