Job Summary:

A food and beverage FMCG manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive product growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities within the F&B sector.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design or social media management tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for the company's product lines
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, product development, and external agencies to execute promotional and branding activities
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing content
• Support the planning of trade shows, product launches, and in-store promotions
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs
• Assist in preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenditures
