A leading IT company is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join its team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology and digital transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes within scope, time, and budget.

Requirements:

1- 3–5 years of experience in project management within technology or consulting environments.
2- Strong experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
3- Ability to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
4- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA.
5- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
6- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
